Window Cleaning
Crystal-clear results inside and out. Residential and commercial across Central Minnesota.
Family-Owned Since 2010
Eco-friendly window, carpet, air duct, and power washing — using plant-based solutions safe for your family, pets, and the planet.
We use Negative Air — NADCA recommended.
When comparing duct cleaning companies, you may not realize you're comparing two completely different methods. Here's what you need to know.
Our Negative Air machine vacuums at 2,000 cubic feet per minute (CFM). Rotary brush systems top out at 300 CFM — nearly 7× less powerful. More suction means far more dust, dander, pollen, mold, and mildew removed.
Negative Air removes large construction debris, plaster, and more. Rotary brush systems have a small nozzle — large objects block their vacuum entirely.
Many homes have zone-control dampers inside ductwork. Negative Air works right through them. Rotary brush systems cannot pass dampers at all.
Our air sweep and brush are under 1 inch in diameter — handles any duct size or turn. Rotary brush 3-inch heads get stuck in smaller ductwork.
Negative Air cleans the trunklines and plenums — the distribution backbone of your HVAC. Rotary brush creates no negative pressure and cannot clean these critical areas.
We connect the Negative Air machine to your ductwork or plenum, putting the system under negative pressure. A camera and agitation tools dislodge contaminants, which are vacuumed into sealed containers. Heavy particles are swept toward the vacuum using air scrubbing tools. We clean the entire HVAC system — and we clean your vent covers too.
"Negative Air is the most comprehensive method —
and it's the only one we use."

About Four Seasons
Four Seasons was built on one idea: your home deserves to be cleaned the right way — by people who actually care, using products that won't harm your family.
Since 2010, Matt and Carolyn Bertsch have been showing up for Sartell and the greater St. Cloud community — not just as cleaners, but as neighbors. They're involved with the Lions Club, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Salvation Army. They also steward a Little Free Library on 8th Ave.
When you call Four Seasons, you're not calling a franchise. You're calling Matt.
Where We Work
Based in Sartell, we serve homes and businesses across the greater St. Cloud area and the Western Twin Cities metro. Not sure if we reach you? Call — we likely do.

The EPA and NADCA recommend inspecting every 3–5 years and cleaning as needed. You may need it sooner if you notice increased dust buildup, musty or stale odors, worsening allergies or asthma symptoms, or rising heating and cooling bills. Other triggers: moving into a home with unknown history, recent remodeling or construction, pets that shed heavily, or visible mold/debris near vents. Homes in Minnesota with forced-air systems running most of the year tend to accumulate debris faster than average. Air exchanger maintenance guide → Wildfire smoke & your filters →

Our Negative Air method uses professional-grade equipment that costs more to operate than basic brush systems, but the results and thoroughness are in a different class entirely.
Yes — significantly. The Negative Air method puts your entire duct system under negative pressure using a machine that pulls 2,000 CFM, then agitates debris with air tools and a camera-guided brush. Everything is vacuumed into sealed containers. Rotary brush systems use a small spinning brush with a 300 CFM vacuum — about 7× less powerful — and cannot pass zone dampers, navigate sharp turns, or clean trunklines and plenums. NADCA (the National Air Duct Cleaners Association) recommends source-removal methods like Negative Air for a reason. It's not a comparable service. Full breakdown: Negative Air vs. Rotary Brush →
Window cleaning is often done for cosmetic reasons — but clean windows actually last longer. Glass looks flat but is porous, meaning tiny holes in the surface collect dirt, dust, pollen, and debris over time. Left uncleaned, those deposits etch and permanently damage the glass. Regular professional cleaning stretches the life of your windows and protects your investment.
One of the biggest culprits of window damage is hard minerals from ground water — sprayed onto glass repeatedly by misdirected sprinkler heads or wind-caught watering. Mineral deposits build up and leave a milky, hazy residue that regular cleaning can't touch. At that point, restoration is needed: professional-grade mineral removal, and sometimes paint scraping or sticker and adhesive removal. We handle both — cleaning to maintain, restoration to save.
In most cases, residential windows stay clean for about 3 months. Commercial windows — especially storefronts with heavy foot traffic — may need cleaning monthly or quarterly. That's one reason we work all four seasons, year-round, in any Minnesota weather. Many commercial clients set up a recurring schedule so it's one less thing to think about. We clean the whole window — not just the glass. That means panes, frames, screens, sills, and tracks. Every window gets the same attention, whether it's your living room showpiece or the garage window. That said, not everyone wants the full treatment — we're happy to tailor the service to what makes sense for you.
Nope. Rain is pure water — it won't leave deposits on freshly cleaned glass. What dirties windows is airborne debris, pollen, and mineral buildup from sprinklers or hard water, not rain. A clean window after a rainstorm will look just as clear as before.
Once a year is a good baseline. Continued friction between carpet fibers and the dirt tracked in wears them down over time — professional hot water extraction removes what vacuuming can't. Some new carpet warranties actually require annual professional cleaning to stay valid.
We use hot water extraction — also called steam cleaning — which is the method recommended by carpet manufacturers. First, we dry vacuum to remove loose dirt and soil. Then we inject a pressurized, heated cleaning solution deep into the carpet. The solution pushes dirt to the surface, and we remove it with a high-powered wet vacuum, leaving no residue behind.
Young Living Thieves Household Cleaner — the same plant-based solution we use throughout our services. It contains essential oils that are highly effective at killing germs and bacteria, and it's completely safe for kids and pets. Our goal is to leave your home not just cleaner, but healthier. No. Residue left in carpet is a sign of incorrect cleaning — too much solution, not enough extraction power, or both. The cleaning solution matters, but so does the force behind it. Our equipment flushes and extracts thoroughly, so nothing gets left behind in the fibers.
Mostly power and knowledge. Rental machines don't have the extraction force of professional equipment — they can't pull as much dirt and bacteria out of the fibers, and they're more likely to leave moisture and residue behind. A professional knows the right amount of solution and water to apply for each job, and has the equipment to fully extract it. Less risk, better results.
Your carpets will be slightly damp when we finish — not wet, not squishy. Our high-powered extractor removes most of the moisture during cleaning. You can walk on them in socks right away, and they'll typically be fully dry within 6–8 hours. Running fans or the air conditioning speeds that up.
Vacuum at least weekly — more often if you have pets. Regular vacuuming reduces the friction that wears down carpet fibers and extends the time between professional cleanings. Getting your air ducts cleaned every 3–5 years also makes a real difference: cleaner ducts mean less dust recirculating through the home and settling back onto your floors and furniture.
